Open Roles / Modules:

  • SuccessFactors SPCDP
  • SuccessFactors LMS
  • SuccessFactors Data Migration
  • SuccessFactors PMGM

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Experience Range: 2 – 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules as per client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and integration activities.
  • Provide functional expertise and end-user support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in respective SuccessFactors modules (SPCDP, LMS, PMGM, or Migration).
  • Good understanding of HR processes and system workflows.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, support, or migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
