Solid Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing solar energy company dedicated to delivering reliable and efficient clean energy solutions. We are expanding our on-ground operations and are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious HT Lineman to join our technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of HT (High Tension) overhead and underground lines (11kV/33kV/66kV).
• Carry out line patrolling, fault detection, and resolution.
• Work with transformers, isolators, circuit breakers, and other HT equipment.
• Climb electric poles and towers using appropriate safety gear and tools.
• Ensure proper earthing, jointing, and cable termination.
• Co-ordinate with site engineers and supervisors during commissioning.
• Strictly follow electrical safety protocols and site SOPs.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in shutdowns, testing, and inspections of HT equipment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI / Diploma (Electrical) or Lineman training from recognized institute
• 2+ years of experience in HT line work
• Should be well-versed with tools and safety practices related to HT lines
• License / Certification in electrical works (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Willingness to work at project sites across locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹56,888.94 per month
