About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python ML Developer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise in Python, combined with practical knowledge of frameworks and tools used for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, and Agentic frameworks.

You will play a key role in building scalable Python applications, integrating data sources, and supporting advanced AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
  • Work with RAG, LangChain, and Agentic frameworks to develop intelligent applications.
  • Build and maintain Python applications such as web service backends, chat applications, and database-driven solutions.
  • Develop and optimize ETL scripts to process data from spreadsheets, data stores, and other sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional experience in Python development.
  • Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines, LangChain, and agent-based AI frameworks.
  • Experience building web services, chat applications, and backend integrations.
  • Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and handling structured/unstructured datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
