Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software & Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain both software applications and database systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend programming, data management, and problem-solving, with the ability to develop efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications.


• Develop backend logic and APIs to support web or mobile platforms.


• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless data integration.


• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability.


• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Database Development


• Design and maintain relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).


• Create tables, queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.


• Perform database optimization, tuning, and indexing for better performance.


• Backup, recover, and manage data storage systems.


• Analyze data to support reporting and business insights.

Additional Responsibilities


• Work closely with project managers, designers, and QA teams.


• Implement data-driven features and reports as per business needs.


• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices.


• Prepare technical documentation and project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.


• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in software and database development.


• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).


• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:


• Python, Java, C#, PHP, or


• Experience with API development and backend frameworks (Django, Laravel, .NET, , etc.).


• Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).


• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and security principles.
