Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing collaterals including brochures, product catalogs, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Create digital assets for social media, website, and online advertisements.
  • Develop color cards, shade guides, wall design concepts, and product labels specific to the paint industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate product concepts into impactful visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for high-quality output of packaging and marketing materials.
  • Support new product launches with creative visual campaigns.
  • Prepare visuals and layouts for exhibitions, dealer boards, and point-of-sale materials.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in packaging design and color visualizations (preferred for paint industry).
  • Knowledge of digital media design standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity with attention to detail and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably from paint, construction material, building, or FMCG industry.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design work (especially color-based or product packaging designs).
