Hub Incharge

Position: Hub In-Charge – Last Mile Operations

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Location: Perumbavoor- Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of hub operations and overall management.
• Ensure smooth daily workflow, from inbound to last-mile delivery.
• Manage dispatches, route planning, and on-time delivery performance.
• Supervise hub staff, delivery associates, and coordinate with support teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, cost, service levels, accuracy).
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in hub efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/last-mile operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and workflow management abilities.
