Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Immigration Counsellor to join our team in Bandra, Mumbai. The role involves guiding clients through immigration processes, providing accurate information, and assisting with documentation. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients on immigration, visa, and study abroad processes.
• Assess client eligibility and guide them on the best-suited options.
• Assist with application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly.
• Work towards achieving monthly conversion and service targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any stream.
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply; training will be provided).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
