We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive Home Loan sales ( PRIME ) by sourcing new business, building relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to generate leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new Home Loan customers through direct sales, references, and market activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property dealers, connectors, and DSA channels.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to prospective customers.
  • Ensure timely login and processing of applications with proper documentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as per the business plan.
  • Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., insurance, top-up loans).
  • Maintain and update daily reports on leads, prospects, and closures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
