Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs for our applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in one or more of our core technologies and is passionate about building scalable and efficient systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement data storage solutions using SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), (Express), or .NET (C#).
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
