Role & Responsibilities at job:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salary and Payroll Management:

  2. Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees.

  3. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other compensations.
  4. Handle statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  5. Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.

  6. Attendance and Leave Management:

  7. Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.

  8. Manage leave applications, approvals, and records.
  9. Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

  10. Grievance Handling:

  11. Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.

  12. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues promptly.
  13. Maintain records of grievances and resolutions.

  14. Induction and Training:

  15. Conduct induction programs for new hires, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.

  16. Coordinate training sessions for employees as needed.
  17. Maintain records of employee training and development activities.

  18. Factory Visits (Bhiwadi):

  19. Visit the Bhiwadi factory once a month to oversee HR operations and address any on-site HR issues.

  20. Conduct employee engagement activities and handle any grievances at the factory level.

  21. Employee Relations:

  22. Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.

  23. Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and promote employee well-being.
  24. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  25. Event Arrangements:

  26. Organize and manage company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.

  27. Coordinate logistics, communications, and budgeting for events.

  28. HR Reporting and Documentation:

  29. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  30. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on end to end payroll Management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to travel to the Bhiwadi factory once a month.
