The Multi Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple technical trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic civil works. The role ensures the smooth operation and upkeep of all facility systems, maintaining safety and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance & Repair

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including lighting, power sockets, and distribution boards.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC units, air handling systems, and exhaust fans.
  • Handle plumbing works such as leak repair, valve replacement, and drainage maintenance.
  • Conduct carpentry and painting tasks when required.
  • Ensure proper operation of pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.

2. Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

  • Follow scheduled preventive maintenance programs for all systems.
  • Record all maintenance activities in logs and maintenance management software.
  • Report any equipment faults or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
  • Ensure all work complies with local regulations and company standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and energy-saving initiatives.

4. Teamwork & Communication

  • Coordinate with other technicians to complete assigned work orders efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and report work completion or issues.
  • Assist in training junior technicians when required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in facility maintenance or multi-skilled technician roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Electrical systems (lighting, panels, DBs)
  • HVAC systems (filters, compressors, thermostats)
  • Plumbing (pumps, valves, pipelines)
  • Basic carpentry and painting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹22,000.00 per month
