Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand and menu offerings.
