Jr. Process Associate

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst/Process Associate at Junior level with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to identify patterns, improve processes, and provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration with stakeholders, and a keen eye for process optimization and automation. The candidate will contribute to driving the process excellence by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:**

• Collect, organize, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends, recurring errors, and process inefficiencies
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to present data-driven insights and support business decisions
• Develop and execute database queries using SQL, Amazon Redshift, or similar services to extract and analyze data for reporting and insights
• Proactively identify and highlight key findings and areas for improvement based on the analysis.

Process Optimization and Gap Identification:

• Identify similarities between processes and brainstorm with stakeholders/managers for efficient improvements
• Conduct deep dives into existing workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies
• Perform root cause analysis for production and process issues
• Propose and implement process automations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on process improvements and priorities
• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions with managers and teams to identify new approaches for process enhancement and problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and develop end-to-end monitoring solutions, including automated reports.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline decision-making processes
• Summarize and present monitoring reports to the managers/leadership team, providing actionable insights on a daily, monthly, or as-needed basis
• Create and deliver visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey insights and recommendations, ensuring clarity, audience engagement, and alignment with objectives
• Track process performance, define key metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and consolidate detailed insights on the metrics

Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking:

• Leverage data to identify recurring issues and propose innovative solutions
• Apply logical reasoning and critical-thinking skills to analyze data and resolve challenges
• Interpret data and generate reports that inform business decisions and support continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

B.Tech/BE in relevant field is preferred.

Freshers with internship experience is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems such as Amazon Redshift
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g, Python, R) for data analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including an in-depth understanding of MS Excel (advanced features like macros, pivot tables, etc), PowerPoint (for impactful presentations), and MS Access (for effective database management) Basic understanding of automation tools is advantageous.

Soft Skills:Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
