Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Cloud Solutions, Software Services, etc.).
  • Identify prospects, generate leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Explain service offerings, value propositions, and pricing to prospects clearly and confidently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Record all call details, interactions, and updates in CRM/Excel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or IT service sales preferred (freshers with good communication can apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, digital solutions, and software products is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage.
