Job Title: Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) Products Analyst

Corporate Title: Associate

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • The Managed Solutions Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) team in Mumbai is responsible for producing good quality content for the DPM team. The team member will be expected to prepare pre-sales and post sales material for the DPM teams across the globe.
  • This also provides an excellent opportunity to work with portfolio managers as well as sales team to provide client centric materials.

Your key responsibilities

  • Produce marketing materials for DPM teams and update them as required
  • Performance reporting, update pitchbooks and newsletters
  • Produce pitches for tailored mandates
  • Keep templates updated as per branding and compliance requirements
  • Make marketing materials available on relevant platforms/intranet pages in a timely manner
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to gather data and provide output of optimum quality
  • Co-ordinate with respective people for getting content translated in German
  • Identify inconsistencies in the data or processes, if any and escalate if necessary

Your skills and experience

  • University degree in Finance, Management or similar
  • Understanding of global capital markets and discretionary portfolio management business
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under limited or no supervision while adhering to timelines
  • Knowledge of German language will be an added advantage**
