We are seeking a passionate and skilled
CAE Engineer
with
strong expertise in structural analysis
to join our engineering team at Genrobotics. The candidate should have hands-on experience in performing finite element analysis
(FEA) using ANSYS
, along with a solid understanding of engineering principles along with theoretical knowledge to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of robotic structures and components.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis of special purpose machines and robotic systems, sub-systems, and components of different materials using ANSYS.
  • Conduct linear, non-linear, static, dynamic analyses as required by projects.
  • Develop accurate FEA models, validate via hand calculations, and benchmark against test results.
  • Collaborate with design teams to verify the design, provide design optimization and recommendations.
  • Ensure analysis work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Document and present analysis results, assumptions, and improvement strategies to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CAE methods, tools, and best practices within the organization.

Key Skills

  • Good to have experience in robotics, automation systems, or electromechanical products.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.) for geometry preparation.
  • Knowledge of optimization methods and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics, materials,stress/strain analysis, and fatigue assessment.

Experience :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in structural/FEA analysis.

Qualification :
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
