About Us

We are a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering broadband and leased line services to homes and businesses. To strengthen our technical team, we are hiring Fiber Splicers who can handle fiber installation and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform splicing of fiber optic cables (FTTH/FTTx).
• Handle installation, termination, and maintenance of optical fiber connections.
• Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fault identification in fiber networks.
• Support field engineers during new broadband/leased line connections.
• Maintain proper records of splicing work and ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair fiber breaks, signal losses, and connectivity issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in fiber splicing / FTTH projects (freshers with training may also apply).
• Familiarity with splicing machine operation and OTDR testing.
• Basic knowledge of broadband/ISP networks preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for field work.
• Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical (preferred, not mandatory).

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
• Overtime / Field Allowances may be provided.
