Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution role to develop and deploy GPU-powered, real-time CCTV video analytics for a large-scale retail business. Not a PoC or lab project—this is live production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI video analytics with live RTSP CCTV feeds (multi-camera).
- Build real-time detection & tracking for people, objects, and behaviors.
- Develop overlays, alerts & dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Handle low-light, occlusion, and crowd challenges in video streams.
- Optimize inference on GPU servers (edge/local, no cloud dependency).
- Manage multi-stream (30–50+) camera analytics with low latency.
- Deliver clean, deployment-ready, production-grade code.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Computer Vision & Real-Time Video Processing.
- Hands-on with YOLOv5/v8/v11, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with CCTV/RTSP feed integration.
- Skilled in GPU-based inference optimization (CUDA/TensorRT).
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs (A100/T4/RTX series).
- Ability to deploy and maintain 24×7 GPU servers on-site.
