Kervin Designs, with 8 years of industry experience, is a premier destination for architectural services. We specialize in planning, designing, and constructing luxury houses, resorts, commercial buildings, row housing, and residential properties. Our expertise extends to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consultation and Project Management Consultancy. Led by founder Sumer Rawat, who holds a B.Arch. and a post-graduate degree in Design from IIT Hyderabad, Kervin Designs has successfully completed major projects in India and four international resorts in Bali.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Designer role located in Indore. The Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, and collaborating with other team members on various projects. Daily tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, producing detailed schematics, and reviewing construction plans. The role also involves conducting site visits to ensure project compliance and liaising with clients to meet their design requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Conceptualization
- Experience with Construction Drawings and Documentation
- Knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
- Project Management and Client Communication skills
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in designing luxury residential and commercial projects is a plus
