LOCATION : ML Spaces, Office No. 204, 2nd Floor. Landmark: Above Bank of Baroda, Dashrathlal Joshi Rd, Opp Old Jain Mandir, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel, marketing tools, etc.)
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends, patterns and insights to support strategic planning.
• Work closely with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and processes.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data managed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an added advantage.
