We are looking for a Video Editor Lead who will take charge of all video editing efforts at the company and guide a junior editor. This is a chance to combine leadership with creativity and make an impact on campaigns that reach high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Video Production

  • Oversee the entire video editing process for campaigns, reels, brand films, event highlights, and client showcases.

  • Mentor and guide a junior video editor, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.

  • Bring fresh creative ideas, ensuring content stands out across social and digital platforms.

  • Hands-On Editing

  • Edit premium videos with advanced transitions, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.

  • Adapt content for multiple formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, paid ads).

  • Ensure all videos align with client and brand aesthetics.

  • Graphic Design Support

  • Create complementary campaign visuals — social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

  • Maintain consistency across all brand communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in video editing & design, ideally in an agency or creative environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Figma is a plus).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage junior editors while being hands-on with editing.
  • Quick, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
