Job Description:

Business Manager - UAE (Remote)

Location: Remote

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 AED per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Recruitment Industry in UAE/ Middle East Region

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients through various channels, including networking, marketing, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.  
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.  

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and acquiring clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing and screening techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE labor market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
