About LH2 Holdings:

LH2Holdings is an AI Operating System to scale digital content brands and creators.

We buy or partner with great digital content brands (web platforms, YouTube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc) and scale them. LH2 is being built by second-time founders who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users in their previous ventures. Our vision is to enable digital creators to scale as easily as large conglomerates do.

About the Role:

We're looking for an Investment Research Intern to help us identify the right partners and acquisition opportunities across the digital media landscape.

This role is less about closing deals and more about building the foundation, researching potential targets, finding the right stakeholders, and mapping the digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with the corporate development team to build databases, analyze companies, and use AI tools to enhance research and outreach.

It's a great opportunity for someone curious about digital media, investing, and GTM strategy, someone who loves solving open-ended problems and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do:

  1. Research and build databases of digital media companies, creators, and brands that align with LH2's criteria
  2. Identify key decision-makers (founders, CEOs, and business heads) and enrich contact data through LinkedIn, websites, and other AI tools.
  3. Support outreach efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations with potential partners.
  4. Use AI tools to automate, enrich, and accelerate research and outreach workflows.
  5. Maintain and organize lead data in our CRM and ensure accuracy of all contact and company information.
  6. Collaborate with the team on structuring insights into reports and summaries for internal review.

The Ideal Applicant:

  1. Comfortable working from our office in IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore (Monday–Friday), reporting by 2 PM latest.
  2. Hungry to learn, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of research tasks independently.
  3. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, lookups, and organizing data).
  4. Strong work ethic and curiosity about digital media, startups, or investing.
  5. Prior exposure to finance is not mandatory, but comfort with data and structured thinking is important.
  6. Preference for candidates adept at using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) to make research and outreach more efficient.
  7. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
