Staff Netsuite Program Manager

The Staff Netsuite Program Manager role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and optimize business processes using NetSuite solutions while collaborating with global teams. You will drive projects that enhance order management and finance processes, ensuring scalable, efficient, and automated system solutions. The role requires close interaction with stakeholders across multiple regions, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, guiding both business and technical teams toward successful project delivery. This position combines strong analytical skills, process expertise, and hands-on NetSuite experience, allowing you to make a significant impact on organizational efficiency and growth. You will also mentor teams and champion best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements leveraging NetSuite capabilities and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across India, the USA, and Europe to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead workshops, user interviews, and brainstorming sessions to drive consensus and clarify business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Drive the implementation of streamlined finance and order management processes into scalable global NetSuite solutions.
• Coordinate with developers, administrators, and end-users to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain alignment between business strategy and system functionality.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst, Program Manager, or similar role with deep knowledge of NetSuite order management modules.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Admin certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance and order management processes, including documenting, identifying, and implementing process improvements at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and data management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently or as part of a team.
