Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in architectural design and project management, with a proven ability to handle projects from concept to completion. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience are compulsory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed drawings and specifications.

· Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, BIM (Revit), and other design tools.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity and functionality.

· Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

· Oversee project documentation, compliance with building codes, and permit acquisition.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

· Review and revise designs as per client feedback and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Compulsory

· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

· Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
