As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll:

Job Title: RPA UiPath Developer

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a techno-functional RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise in RPA tools, particularly UiPath, to drive automation initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Create reusable components and libraries for automation.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development and deployment.
• Maintain and optimize existing bots for performance and scalability.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments and feasibility analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Document process flows, solution designs, and user guides.
• Provide post-deployment support and training to end-users.
• Participate in governance and compliance reviews for automated processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
• Experience with .NET (C# or VB), Java, or Python for custom activities.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and database integration.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified Developer (Advanced or Professional).
• Experience in domains like Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or Banking.
• Exposure to process mining tools and AI/ML integration with RPA.
