Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment (domestic voice process).
  • Strong proficiency in Assamese language (spoken) with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office software suite.
  • Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns for domestic clients.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing processes.
