Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Hostess to join our team at Radisson Blu. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

• Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
