Role Overview: As a Technical Teacher in our Skill Development Program, you will be responsible for conducting classroom lectures and practical sessions in Civil, Mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control Engineering subjects. Your role will include developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to meet program objectives. You will mentor and guide students through practical projects and assignments, evaluate their performance, and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration with other faculty members to enhance curriculum and teaching methods will also be a key aspect of your role. Participation in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the program. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom lectures and practical sessions in Civil, Mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control Engineering subjects - Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments - Mentor and guide students through practical projects and assignments - Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum and teaching methods - Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - 3 to 6 years of industry experience in Civil and Mechanical disciplines - Previous teaching or training experience in Skill Development Programs or Skilling Initiatives under Govt of India schemes (advantageous) - Passion for educating and mentoring students - Strong communication skills in both Telegu and English languages - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic educational environment Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
