Job Title: International Business Development Executive

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 2, Sector 20, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Experience: 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales (International BPO – Energy/Telecom preferred)

Working Hours: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Transportation: Both-side cab (within hiring zone)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our international B2B sales team for the Australian market. The role involves driving business growth across Energy, Telecom, and Cyber Security sectors through outbound sales, client engagement, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B sales calls and convert leads.


•

Identify and engage potential clients in the Australian market.


•

Build and maintain strong client relationships.


•

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.


•

Achieve sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.


•

Maintain accurate reports and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.

Requirements


•

Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international BPO.


•

Strong communication and negotiation skills.


•

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.


•

Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).


•

Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
