We are looking for a highly skilled IT Team Lead (.NET) to lead development of our frontend, backend, and REST API applications that support trading workflows and client-facing systems. This role involves modernizing existing applications, driving cloud adoption, and scaling platforms using containers and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of ~10 developers working on .NET-based trading and client-facing applications.
  • Modernize applications for cloud and container-based deployment (AWS + on-prem).
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable REST APIs and backend services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 to 12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and REST API design.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices design.
  • Expertise in containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM).
  • Strong background in building enterprise-grade financial applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Proven experience working in financial services / trading domain.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience integrating with trading systems (OMS/RMS).
  • Knowledge of real-time data streaming (Kafka, Redis, SignalR, gRPC).
  • Exposure to application security practices (OAuth2, JWT, secure API design).
  • Understanding of compliance, risk controls, and regulations in financial systems.
