About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, , , and , along with a good understanding of modern front-end and back-end development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver robust features.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using MongoDB, , , and
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Redux / Context API for state management.
  • Knowledge of database design and query optimization in MongoDB.
  • Proficiency with version control tools (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).
  • Experience with deployment on AWS / Azure / GCP or other cloud environments is a plus.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
