Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Python React) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend). You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of innovative web-based solutions, preferably with exposure to the healthcare domain and cloud technologies (AWS).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across browsers and devices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.

- Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment and scaling of applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Must-Have Skills :

- Programming Languages : Python, JavaScript (ES6 ).

- Frontend Frameworks : React

- Database : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

- API Development : RESTful API, JSON, JWT Authentication.

- Version Control : Git / GitHub / GitLab.

Good-to-Have / Additional Skills :

- Healthcare domain experience understanding of HIPAA compliance, HL7 / FHIR standards preferred.

- Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, RDS).

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.

- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
