We're Hiring: Statutory Auditor (CA / CA Firm)

Company: VIN MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED

Industry: Wholesale Trade & Distribution – Clothing, Garments & Apparel

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid acceptable)

VIN MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, a newly incorporated private limited company, is seeking to appoint its First Statutory Auditor in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

This opportunity is well-suited for a licensed Chartered Accountant or CA Firm interested in a long-term professional association with a growing company from its foundation stage.


Role: Statutory Auditor

The appointed professional / firm will be responsible for statutory audit and related compliance services as per applicable laws and ICAI standards.


Eligibility & Regulatory Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following:

Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Valid ICAI Membership Number

For CA Firms:

Valid ICAI Firm Registration Number (FRN)

Registration with the relevant ICAI regional office

Eligible for appointment as Statutory Auditor under the Companies Act, 2013

Proper registration with all applicable professional and government authorities

Experience with Private Limited Companies (preferred)


Scope of Work

Appointment as First Statutory Auditor

Statutory audit under the Companies Act, 2013

Annual audit and statutory reporting

Advisory on accounting standards and compliance

Guidance on MCA / ROC compliances

Support during the initial phase with nil or minimal transactions

Business Status: Pre-operations (R&D, market research, and survey phase)

Transactions & Turnover: Nil till date

Projected Turnover (FY 2025–26): Nil to below ₹5 lakhs
