Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Supply Chain located in Hyderabad. The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing supply chain management, operations management, and procurement activities. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, improving customer service standards, and coordinating with different departments. The Head of Supply Chain will work closely with other leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Procurement and related processes
  • Team Leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in supply chain and operations leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Hyderabad
