Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.

    • Build deep and trusted advisory relationships by understanding client needs across investments, banking, credit, and wealth planning.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Manage client portfolios to ensure consistent revenue growth and retention.

    • Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with client goals and risk appetite.

  • Advisory and Product Offerings:

    • Offer bespoke solutions across investment products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, etc.), liability products, insurance, and estate planning.

    • Maintain high standards of investment and risk advisory by adhering to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.

  • Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed revenue targets across asset and liability products.

    • Drive fee-based income through advisory and structured solutions.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams including Investment Advisory, Credit, Research, and Risk to provide holistic solutions to clients.

    • Act as the single point of contact for clients for all their banking and investment needs.

  • Risk Management:

    • Ensure KYC, AML, and other compliance processes are strictly adhered to.

    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity with client information.
