HR Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (Non-IT).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• Experience: 1–5 years in Non-IT recruitment

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
• Location: Chetpet, Chennai
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
