Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced (Redux) Developer with 8+ years of experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable web applications using , Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using and Redux.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide solutions to complex development challenges.

  • Optimize application performance through code reviews, refactoring, and implementing best practices.

  • Manage state using Redux and work on advanced asynchronous data handling (e.g., Redux-Thunk, Redux-Saga).

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+) standards.

  • Implement cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility solutions using HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the front-end application.

  • Utilize version control systems like Git for code collaboration and management.

  • Mentor junior developers and actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in and Redux with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), and modern front-end development practices.

  • Experience with advanced Redux patterns (e.g., Redux-Saga, Redux-Thunk).

  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and functional programming.

  • Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

  • Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing web applications.

  • Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.

  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and modern styling frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end build tools.

  • Experience with Unit Testing using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
