IT Manager

• Manage and supervise the EDP / IT team.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all hardware, servers, networking, and software systems.
• Oversee ERP or HRMS systems, data entry accuracy, and timely report generation.
• Coordinate with departments for data management and system-related support.
• Implement system backups, data recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain and monitor attendance, payroll, and production data systems.
• Ensure data confidentiality and control access permissions.
• Liaise with software vendors and IT service providers for maintenance and updates.
• Develop automation and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Train users and staff on system usage and new technology.
• Prepare MIS reports and data analysis for management.

Job Type: Full-time
