Social Media Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in our Delhi office. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization, and writing.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Identify target audience preferences and trends to create a tailored content strategy.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring social media campaign success.

Content Creation and Planning

• Plan and create content calendars for consistent posting across platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-quality, engaging posts.
• Ensure that all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and guidelines.

Campaign Management

• Launch and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Optimize campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and organic posts to improve performance.

Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
• Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and influencers.
• Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback professionally.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights) to refine strategies.

Platform Management

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and features (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn updates).
• Optimize profiles and pages for visibility and branding consistency.
• Ensure social media platforms are integrated with the broader digital marketing strategy.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Coordinate with paid media specialists for aligned organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with customer support to address inquiries or issues via social channels.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.
• Experiment with emerging platforms or formats.
• Innovate ways to enhance audience interaction and engagement.

Paid Social Media Management

• Create and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor ad performance and budget utilization.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize ROI.

Crisis Management

• Act quickly and professionally to manage any social media crises.
• Escalate significant issues to leadership while maintaining transparency with followers.

Compliance and Best Practices

• Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on platform-specific policies and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, FTC guidelines).
• Maintain proper usage of licensed content, hashtags, and copyright regulations.
