Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OTA Analyst located in Kochi. The OTA Analyst will be responsible for managing the online travel agency (OTA) accounts, optimizing listings, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue. The OTA Analyst will also coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected on all OTA platforms. Day-to-day tasks include generating performance reports, analyzing market trends, and making necessary adjustments to enhance online presence and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing OTA accounts and optimizing listings
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and market trend analysis
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of online travel agency platforms and algorithms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
