About the Role :

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, growth-driven technology team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ), excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to build high-performance, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.

- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components seamlessly.

- Optimize performance across the entire application stack for speed and scalability.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Manage version control using Git and collaborate effectively through pull requests and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely bug fixes and performance enhancements.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve code quality and application architecture.

Technical Skills Required :

- Core Technologies : MongoDB, , , (MERN stack)

- Programming Language : JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript (preferred)

- Frontend Skills : HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Redux, React Hooks

- Backend Skills : RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication, middleware integration

- Database : MongoDB (with Mongoose), MySQL (optional)

- Tools & Frameworks : Git/GitHub, NPM/Yarn, Postman, Webpack

- Cloud & Deployment (Good to Have) : AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

- Testing : Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2- 6 years of hands-on development experience in MERN stack.

- Experience in building end-to-end scalable web applications from concept to deployment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have :
