Role Description

This is an internship role for an Automation Tester. The Automation Tester will be responsible for performing quality assurance and manual testing tasks, developing and executing test cases, conducting API testing, and creating automated test scripts. This is an on-site role, located in the Greater Chennai Area.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 yrs

Location: Chennai

Strong understanding of Automation Testing concepts, Performance testing (K6 + Javascript)

Hands-on experience (or good knowledge) in Selenium / Selenium WebDriver, Robot framework (Mandatory)

Language : Strong in Python

Familiarity with TestNG / JUnit / Maven / Jenkins is a plus

Knowledge of manual testing, API testing, and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

Understanding of SDLC / STLC and defect life cycle
