Role Description

We are seeking dedicated and professional Butlers to join our team at Oleander Farms. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are attentively addressed. Your day-to-day tasks will include welcoming guests, managing room setups, assisting with special requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This is a full-time role, based onsite at our beautiful property in Karjat.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for excellent guest interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of etiquette and professional conduct for high-quality service.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Diploma or certification in hospitality or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
