Job Purpose
: Syngene International Ltd is looking for an individual with a proven track record of leading the Infrastructure & Security team. The position will involve leading the organization's overall IT Infrastructure & Security. The position will be responsible for managing Syngene's environment, including Windows, Office 365, VMware, Citrix, O365, MS SQL, Oracle, LAN/WAN across multiple locations. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for the implementation and management of security solutions.

Qualifications
:

B. Tech /B.E./MCA /MTech in Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 18+ years' experience in leading overall IT infrastructure and Security of an organization. Working experience in Pharma/Life science domain will be preferred

Experience:
18-20 Years

Technical Skills

1. Expertise in managing Infrastructure projects. Creating and managing the project budgets, project plan, project governance, resource allocation, risk, and Quality Management
2. Expertise in managing environment including Windows/Servers, VMware, Citrix, O365 cloud, MS SQL , Oracle & network connectivity across multiple locations.
3. Experience in managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) & DR strategy for business applications across the organization
4. Experience in handling and managing cloud solutions from Amazon/Azure etc.
5. Experience in handling IT-OT integration projects, SCADA, PLC, and other Operational Technology (Security layer)
6. Familiarity with application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits, penetration testing, intrusion prevention systems, and other security control systems.
7. Experience in managing Information security like Firewalls, ATP for network, Desktop, emails EDR (Crowd strike), outsourced SOC (Security Operation Center)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership, management, and mentorship to a focused Infrastructure team.
2. Responsible for defining & executing IT infrastructure strategy for the organization
3. Responsible for managing the following environment- Windows, VMware (300+ servers), Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Citrix (2000+HSD), O365, MS SQL, Oracle, nodes, Datacenter, and DR center.
4. Responsible for managing Network & Communication infrastructure across multiple locations in Syngene
5. Responsible for managing overall infrastructure, network, and application uptime as per defined KPIs.
6. Responsible for managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) & DR strategy for business applications across the organization
7. Responsible for managing IT-OT integration projects, SCADA, PLC, and other Operational Technology. Exposure to IoT technologies/Edge serves and the sensor is desirable.
8. Responsible for Managing overall Information Security - Firewalls, ATP for network, Desktop, emails EDR (Crowd strike), outsourced SOC (Security Operation Center)
9. Responsible for validation and qualification of IT infrastructure and network as per Computer System Validation (CSV) SOP
10. Ensure compliance on IT SOPs, Datacenter, and network room qualifications.
11. Responsible for managing Internal and External infrastructure & Security Audits (Regulatory / Client)
12. Responsible for vendor management and ensuring agreed SLAs are met. Ensure digital asset inventory management.
13. Responsible for managing service desk operations and helpdesk team to ensure flawless support /services to the internal customers as per defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
