We are pleased to invite you to our Walk-In Drive for the OSD Manufacturing Granulation & Compression at Regenta Inn, Vadodara.

Experience Required: - 3 to 12 years

Qualification Required: - B. Pharm. / M. Pharm.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Execute and monitor OSD manufacturing activities in Granulation & Compression as per BMR and SOPs.
  • Operate and handle equipment such as RMG, FBD, Blenders, Multi-mill, Sifters, and Tablet Compression machines.
  • Perform in-process checks (granule quality, blend uniformity, tablet weight, hardness, thickness) to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain all GMP documentation, including BMR, logs, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering & Planning for smooth batch execution.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, safety and housekeeping requirements.
  • Support deviation handling, change control, equipment qualification and process validation activities.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials during shift operations.
