Role Overview:

The Robotics and IoT Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs on Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), and related emerging technologies. The trainer will guide learners through theoretical concepts, practical sessions, and project development, ensuring a strong foundation in hardware and software integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging theory and hands-on practical sessions on Robotics, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Automation.
  • Design and develop training materials, lab manuals, and project modules.
  • Guide students through live projects, prototypes, and competitions.
  • Train school, college, and professional participants in both basic and advanced levels.
  • Support R&D activities and innovation projects within the centre.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure smooth functioning of training sessions.
  • Evaluate learners' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the business development team for workshops, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Robotics, IoT, or STEM training (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Sensors, Actuators, and IoT Platforms (e.g., Blynk, ThingSpeak, NodeMCU, ESP32).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Embedded C.
  • Hands-on experience in robotic kits, automation projects, and microcontroller-based systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹40,793.84 per month
