Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP QM solution architecture for large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts
  • Design scalable, compliant, and industry-aligned Quality Management solutions
  • Define SAP QM roadmap, standards, and best practices across programs

SAP QM Functional Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM processes, including:

  • Quality Planning

  • Quality Inspection
  • Quality Notification
  • Quality Control
  • Audit Management

  • Certificate Management

  • Configure and customize SAP QM to meet business requirements

Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration

  • Architect and manage integration of SAP QM with:

  • SAP MM, PP, SD, PM, EWM

  • SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems

  • Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams

Leadership & Governance

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP QM consultants and teams
  • Review functional designs, configurations, and custom developments
  • Ensure solution compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, FDA where applicable)

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA QM implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Support blueprinting, realization, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery with high quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP QM with architect-level responsibilities
  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA QM and ECC
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and rollouts
  • Expertise in QM integration with MM, PP, SD, PM
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
