Corporate travel sales executive

Travlonic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate travel sales and expand our footprint in the corporate and institutional market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate travel sales, strong expertise in group and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) bookings, and a robust network within corporate houses, schools, and organizations. This role is target-oriented and requires the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients (including schools, corporates, and MICE organizers).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings for corporate travel, group tours, and MICE events.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized travel proposals and packages tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in corporate travel, group bookings, or MICE segment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong network and contacts within corporate houses, schools, and institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, group booking dynamics, and MICE industry best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with travel technology platforms and booking systems.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa processes, and compliance for group travel.
