Project Overview

We are building a new data quality platform designed to help our data engineers and analysts ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of their data. This tool will provide a comprehensive view of data health, identify potential issues, and offer actionable insights to improve data integrity. We need a talented UX Designer to create an intuitive and powerful user experience that transforms complex data into clear, easy-to-understand insights for our users.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand users' needs, pain points, and workflows related to data quality.
  • Design & Prototype: Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key features of the platform, including dashboards, data validation rules, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineers to translate user requirements and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.
  • Iterate and Refine: Use feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve designs and ensure a user-centered approach.
  • Maintain Design Consistency: Contribute to and utilize the design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Experience in conducting usability testing and interpreting feedback.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
